About Me
At Thanet ear wax removal, I specialize in safe and effective ear wax removal using water irrigation. ( Electronic water irrigation and microsuction are recommend by N.I.C.E)
 My Saturday clinic appointments offer convenience, for an additional fee, I also provide home visits saturdays and during the week by arrangement.
Having trained through the NHS with the Rotherham ear care centre 15 years ago I have built up a wealth of experience in the NHS by continuously providing ear health checks and ear wax removal.
 I still do this for the NHS 4 days a week and they provide 2 yearly updates for ear irrigation and annual BLS training so my training is constantly up to date.
My goal is to help you hear better and live more comfortably.

Ear Wax Removal

Using water irrigation techniques, I safely remove built-up ear wax to improve your hearing. This can only be done if you have never had a perforated ear drum and not had an ear infection in the last 6 weeks. You will also need to use olive oil to soften the wax twice a day for a minimum of 5 days before treatment. I will examine you ear and inform you of my findings and treatment I recommend, we will then go through a health consent form and I will explained the risks and aftercare . Warm water is used to flush the wax out of the ear canal under controlled pressure with a pro-pulse irrigator I am only insured to treat age 16 years and upwards.

Clinic on saturdays-pre bookable. Home visits available throughout the week by arrangement this is an additional cost. Costs-£45 for one ear, £50 for both. if no wax is present its £10 for the consultation. Fully insured
